Shipping

We deliver across Egypt with cash on delivery, InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.

• Cairo: 1–2 days
• Other governorates: 3–5 days
• Shipping fee: 118 EGP
• Free shipping on orders of 2 pieces or more

Exchange & returns

You can request an exchange or a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

• The item must be unworn and unwashed.
• Original tags and packaging must be included.
• The item must be in the same condition you received it in.

Shipping fees

• Defective, wrong item, or wrong size sent: we cover all shipping fees.
• Size or color exchange: shipping fees are paid by the customer.
• Return for personal reasons: the item price is refunded minus shipping fees.

Refunds

Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, your refund will be issued within 7 business days via mobile wallet or InstaPay.
